New Delhi: In a significant move to promote inclusive education and enhance opportunities for competitive exam aspirants from marginalized communities, the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment (DoSJE), Government of India, officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the PW Foundation (Physics Wallah Foundation) on November 7, 2025.

This non-financial collaboration aims to provide free, high-quality online coaching to 15,000 students preparing for various national-level competitive examinations, including UPSC, SSC, and Banking exams.

The beneficiaries of this scheme will primarily include aspirants from Scheduled Castes (SCs), Other Backward Classes (OBCs), and children who are beneficiaries of the PM CARES Children Scheme.

The initiative by DoSJE and PW Foundation will offer comprehensive support, encompassing live and recorded lectures, test series, mentorship programs, counselling services, and essential study material. During the MoU signing ceremony, held at Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi, the Secretary of the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment highlighted that this partnership represents a crucial step towards making quality coaching facilities accessible to students from marginalized communities. The DoSJE will be responsible for facilitating the selection of eligible beneficiaries through a transparent online process. The PW Foundation, on its part, will deliver the educational content through its digital platform at no cost to the government or the students, underscoring the commitment to democratizing access to exam preparation.
